ドクターアポ

今日はお医者さんに会いにNJ州へ。
I was at doctor's office in New Jersey, I was chatting with my doctor.　
It was my day off from work.　
He started his routine questioning about my health. He had me get on the scale in his office. I slowly got over to the scale and stepped on. I did not look down to see what it read.
He told me that I look too thin and not healthy.



最近体重がまた落ちてきた。
でも、ちゃんと食べてるんだけど。　
先生にそう言われて気になって帰りの電車の中で自分の顔撮って見てみた。
I cannot really tell... but I can tell that I look bit pale in the picture....

お肉、野菜、果物ちゃんと食べているし、栄養はバランス良く取っているつもり、自分で大丈夫だと思っているけどお医者さんの言葉はattention & 気になる。
これ以上体重落ちないようにしないと。
明日のランチはインド料理にしようってもう決めているくらいだから食欲はあるんだけど。


お医者さんのオフィスの近くにケーキ屋さんがあるんだけこれ上の段は全てチーズケーキ。


Back to NYC　また明日からオフィス。


家に帰ってきてビターチョコレートを食べて休憩。


夕食は作って冷凍にしておいたビーフシチュー。
