French Spice Bread

8:45AM; ここは会社のビル、私はラッキーなことに９時出勤、他の人は皆さん朝７時か７時半出社、ご苦労様～。

朝早くiphoneにtext message入って「今日のランチは持ってこないでね、ハヤシライスをもっていくから」って。　びっくり＆嬉しいね、「よくオフィスにお菓子作って持って来てくれるから。これランチにどうぞ。」ってくれました。彼女もお料理好き。Glamourous!


ありがとう、このハヤシライスとっても美味しかった。

3:00PM Tea Time
スパイスブレッドを作ってきました。朝５時に焼いたのです。寝むれなくて。

I made Spice Bread and brought it to the office today. I'm glad that they liked the taste.




Add honey & milk to the flour, sugar, baking soda and baking powder.
Mix together thoroughly and set aside for at least one hour.


Then bake them for 50mins.


Then turn them out onto a rack and let them cool for at least 1 hour before slicing.
